1. Program Description
The Law Office of Joseph Arabbo offers an SMS messaging program to communicate with current and prospective clients regarding case inquiries, appointment reminders, case status updates, document requests, and other legal service-related communications.
2. Consent to Receive Messages
By providing your mobile phone number and opting in (via web form, written agreement, or verbal authorization), you expressly consent to receive SMS/MMS text messages from the Law Office of Joseph Arabbo at the number provided. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
3. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your interaction with our firm and the status of your case or inquiry. You may receive messages as needed for case-related communication.
4. Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details about your specific plan. The Law Office of Joseph Arabbo is not responsible for any carrier fees you may incur.
5. Opt-Out Instructions
You can opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOPto any message you receive from us. After replying STOP, you will receive a single confirmation message, and no further SMS messages will be sent unless you opt back in.

7. Supported Carriers
Our SMS program is compatible with major U.S. wireless carriers, including AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, Sprint, Boost Mobile, U.S. Cellular, MetroPCS, Cricket, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
8. Privacy
Your mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information collected through SMS, including phone numbers and consent records, is used solely to deliver messages and provide legal services. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
9. No Attorney-Client Relationship
Sending or receiving SMS messages with our firm does not, by itself, create an attorney-client relationship. An attorney-client relationship is formed only upon execution of a written engagement agreement. Do not send confidential or sensitive information via SMS until such a relationship is established.
10. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and the account holder or authorized user of the mobile phone number you provide to opt in to our SMS program.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or terminate this SMS program at any time, with or without notice. Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
